Recency bias. Gnome king also had a string of really good college QBs during that last spate of champs. Would seems thats the rule, not the exception. Dont get me wrong, he still is goat modern era. Like I said, all things come to end eventually.

You ever take a look at the list of players that had been put out to pasture that he snatched up and made superstars out of them again. Chicken salad? I'd say it's chicken shit with salt and pepper. They beat 4 terrible teams and blew a 29 pt lead and lost to another. We can give him as many seasons as can be. Infinity seasons, he still won't be a good coach.
He needs1 more win this year to equal the last 2 years of wins combined. Considering the state of the program before he got there, he has done a hell of a job and its just a fact. To deny that is personal Prime bias. Its very realistic they can win 2-3 of their remaining 5 and would be the 1st winning season in a long time. in the past 20 years, Colorado has had like 2 or 3 winning seasons. Frankly, the hardest teams they have played are behind them now being Oregon and USC. However, still extremely competitive games ahead. People have no clue how bad they have been. I think he can get to 6 wins with a small chance on 7. Could be a bowl or regular season. They have a pretty good offense. Above average. Their defense is a hot mess. In short, he has already improved the program. 6 wins would be a massive improvement. 66% chance 7 wins would be insane really. You wont hear the end of it in the media and his recruiting will explode. 20ish% chance Some odd chance he pulls 8 out of his ass........ Just turn the TV off.... Though chances of this are sub 10% IMO.
