http://www.foxnews.com/wires/2007Mar23/0,4670,Onthe2008Trail,00.html "WASHINGTON — Republican presidential contender Rudy Giuliani has been married three times and, as it turns out, so has his wife. The campaign confirmed Friday that Judith Nathan Giuliani was married twice _ not once _ before she wed the former New York City mayor in 2003. It was Giuliani's third marriage, and, until Thursday, had been thought to be his wife's second." Ruh-Roh!
I'm just hoping Fred Thompson will indeed run for President. The more he fills in for Paul Harvey, the more I like him.
I totally agree with you! Actually I've always liked him in various movies and other places. I plan to check out his bio as soon as he announces. I also like Tom Tancredo and hope he has a realistic shot. Tak911, thats old news! I'm not sure what the point of that is but it shows how desperate we have become in this country for our leaders especially on the conservative side. Seems like most morals for leaders in this country have gone out the window. Just to think some think we are no different than 20 years ago!
let's pray that our christian friends can ovelook these evil sins and elect rudy anyways. i love rudy, and think he could be the best president we have had in ages.

It won't matter. He's too liberal to make it through the primary process where the more conservative element have more influence. It's a shame because he is about the only Republican I'd vote for (I'd consider McCain as well).
Methinks it goes beyond Christianity. Matters of integrity, commitment, unselfishness are important factors for all of the candidates, as they are for each of us individually. We all, also, fall short of perfection daily. The fact that we can fail, and still obtain forgiveness is a great part of Christianity. One doesn't, however, have to be a Christian to practice morality. I dare say that there are many non-believers who exhibit and demand more morality than some self-professed Christians do. That said, I think the race should be between Fred Thompson and Sam Waterston.
that's super. i still think the biggest stumbling block rudy has is his stance on issues like abortion and gay marriage. those are serious issues for the republican base, and i dunno if rudy can make it through selection with his sane stances on these issues. maybe you, but i have been on a hot streak lately.
I think most christians will overlook his shortcomings. I really like Rudy but my concerns have nothing to do with his personal life. I am against abortion, gay marriage and gun control. I have heard that he is for all of these issues? It seems to me he is very liberal so I agree with LSUalum24. I also agree with Deceks7. I think most people are concerned with the country and the policies of that candidate versus their personal life. It is the news media and tabloids that make the big deal concerning ones personal life not the individual Americans. Individual Americans prefer men of character but we seem to have a shortage of those kind of individuals these days.
