THE Best Cajun Recipe Site on the Web

Ok - So I am a little bit partial as my mom is 'maw-maw' and my sister maintains the site. However, check it out. :thumb:

    nice page, good recipes.

also I saw the 'sherbert' recipe. I used to call it sherbert then was corrected years ago with the explanation it is 'sherbet' as it is spelled on all the packaging.

So after looking it up, I see it is spelled sherbert as well. Now I am pissed. I was right all along.

    damn public school system.

also nice feature is it converts ingredient amounts to the amount of servings you're making.

Nice site but Maw Maw should be a little more discriminating. Low Carb Taco Quiche could hardly be classified as "real cajun".

While low-carb taco quiche is a not a classic Cajun recipe, our dishes are evolving and we consider it Nouveau Cajun because some Cajun families with health issues have incorporated it into their recipe collection. The category is now fixed as that recipe is now under Nouveau Cajun.
I would not expect anything less from the forum police :thumb:
