With out beer wrench outfit...close. With beer wrench outfut...money, simply money. :thumb: Good to know. How is The Londoner? Thinking about hitting that up with some friends next week.
For all of you connoisseurs, do you drink just one of these beers to savor the oh-so-subtle hints of this and that flavor, or can you slam them too? I like my Coors Light because they go down easy and don't have that nasty bitter after taste that all of the beers y'all talk about seem to have. I just don't get dark beer. It tastes like sh!t.
Miller lite and red strip are getting slammed. I take my time with the nicer beers, I take the time to appreciate it like a fine woman.
Slowly is the only way I could drink those nice beers. They are just so bitter and heavy, I can't see how anyone could enjoy them. Now, wine or scotch whiskey, sign me up! I guess this is just part of what makes the world go 'round
I can't "slam" anything, but if I know I'll be doing a lot of prolonged drinking (tailgating), Bud Light is my choice. It's dangerous to drink the good stuff all day because it has a much higher alcohol content.
Maybe gulp would have been a better choice That said, I guess my comment has more to do with "the good stuff". I, personally, just don't see it as "good stuff". To me, all of those high end beers just taste nasty. I guess I am woefully unrefined :thumb:
1. Not even those. I can steadily drink them, but I'm always the last one at the table to finish. I tell everyone I like to "savor the flavor". 2. For the one who can't stay awake? No. For everyone else? Probably so.
It might be a reflection of what you have tried. I have enjoyed and hated beers from every possible price point. It gets down to knowing what you like. I like porters, stouts, wild ales, coffee brews, and hoppy beers. To me Sam Adams is the best party beer because it appeals to the beer snobs and the bud light bunch. It is a good balance point.
