OK, moving from the "Diesel" thread, let's name the all-time bust team. We're doing LSU players who were be considered busts while at LSU. Moving the nominees we've had so far to here:

    WR (2) - Xavier Carter
    TE (1) -
    OL (5) - Chris Pettaway
    QB (1) - Ryan Perrilloux
    RB (2) - Cecil Collins

    DL (4) - Al Woods
    LB (3)
    DB (4)

    Special Teams - Wade Richey

Woods and Richey are my additions to start the thread. Fire away.

    Couple more.....

    Jai Eugene....just an overall disappointment.

old school....Slip Watkins. From the same recruiting class as Harvey Williams. Running back with world class speed, but Archer never figured out what to do with him.

Man it hurts to make this list. Jai was a total team player but probably deserves to be on there. Can't argue with it. Nice slip Watkins/ harvey Williams reference. How about Claude wroten?? Wasn't he the top juco DT in the country? Didn't he end up leaving the team or getting dismissed?

Wroten did very well here, but had an arrest for weed found in his car right before the NFL draft.

Think that you need to add Josh Booty in there at QB.

Yes. Thought he had one good year but it was the pre draft arrest that was in the back of my mind

I don't remember Xavier Carter being a big time recruit, more of a track star turned football player. Al woods should not be on that list. Someone mentioned Josh Booty and he definitely should make the list. I can't believe no one has mentioned Brad Smalling. He was supposed to come in and dominate as a true freshman. Never even reached below average status and ended up quitting football all together. What was the name of the 5 star LB that came in Lou Teppers first year? Transferred to Texas during fall camp because daddy was mad and couldn't compete there either. Ended up at some JC I think. Sorry of the mention of LT, but he had to be referenced to identify the LB.
