Yes they will have the impact on this team like ingram and richardson did when they beat texas in the 2009 season.
Ford fianlly has it in terms of running up the middle/ Hope he progresses fromGreat effort by both big men
I like the staright ahead attack and I like that it tells the world that this what we are ! Baton Rouge wants fancy sometimes but I like just a nice plan paint job. We are a power team and our 2 back Ware and Ford will be a load for any foe. JL and his WRs will only get better at getting on the same page. MSU will make JL be better and the Tigers will get better at making 9 in the box pay.
One of the first times Ware carried the ball, the Ducks hit him hard, real hard, spun him in the air. I thought we were going to be OK. Handled him in the first half pretty well. The second half started, and he looked 3 inches taller, 30 lbs heavier, and the other guy was even bigger.
You know, that could've been the alcohol impairing your judgement. :thumb: Next time just put a hand over one eye so they don't try to fight each other. That's how I used to drive home from the bar.
A lot of the Oregon fans (and others) underestimate the SEC level of play. And we underestimate the PAC 10 as well. It's true that a lot of us are arrogant about the SEC but it's because the level of play is really that good. Last year, the fourth place team in the western division finished somewhere around 18th nationally. The difference in last nights game is a perfect example of how strong the SEC really is. You guys fought LSU toe to toe in the first half, but in the second half... ...Ware and Ford really were 30 pounds heavier and a he!! of a lot faster too. The difference in the game was the superior depth of LSU vs the lack of depth of Oregon. You guys don't need to get better...you need to get deeper. We don't have much dropoff at all when we substitute players. Good luck GDF and Oregon....now go win the PAC 10 !!!!
