We had around 40 people who signed up for TFL (TigerForums Fantasy League) this year. Right now it looks as though only 15-20 people are actively playing. After 5 games, the leaders only have 21 points. That's with a max of 10 points possible per week. So if you signed up to play before the season and have not been keeping up with it, then you're not out of it yet! There is still an opportunity for you to play and win! Several of you have pm'd me about how much you're enjoying the TF Pick 'em and I have to be honest in saying that, though I was leery of playing in the TFFL, cause I wasn't familiar with the rules and all, I am enjoying the TF Fantasy League much more. As gradin pointed out, it's still anyone's game, give it a shot, it's fun, it's not complicated, and you don't have to be an "Expert" to play/win.
Not to mention that for the FIRST time, The Top Ten Teams will recieve a PRIZE!!! The winner will recieve a T-Shirt and possibly a trophy that will be passed down from year to year like the Stanley Cup and the Winner will have his name engraved in the side! SO come on people IT IS EVEN NOT TO LATE TO JOIN UP AND START PLAYING THIS WEEK!!!! AND HELL IF GRAD99 CAN DO IT, ANY IDIOT CAN DO IT!!!
I play each year just to provide incentive for LSU Tigers to keep playing and to prevent me from cracking the top 10. Well that, and it is a lot of fun. I can't imagine why folk drop out.
