    per CNN.com front page. says the attack will most likely be directed to effect the Presidential race. This is scary stuff.....blow these mothers up already or deport them from the US!

    yeah thats been the word for months saying they want to effect the election the same way it did in spain to get Bush out and get some liberal in office who is soft.


    All the Bush haters, the terrorists are telling you something by whom they don't want you to elect. That's almost enough for me.

    Sadly, I predicted this would happen shortly after the Spain bombing.
    I think it will not happen or if it does another will happen a week or two before the election.

    The terrorists are masters at using your own media against you just like all the Arabs do in 3rd world countries.
    They want to have an effect on our election the way they did in Spain but even if they make the next 6 months "hell" for us all I do think and hope America isn't swayed
    easily and we stand strong like this country has in tougher times such as WWII.

    A lot of terrorists might not care about their own lives but if they knew that their mother or their 5 year old daughter might be hacked into little pieces and fed to pigs they might just opt for early retirement.

    that is pretty scary. i was in the world trade crater about 10 minutes ago on the way back from the mets game. i will take a pic on my cell next time i am there and let you guys take a look. terrorism never leaves my mind.

    in happier news, the mets hammered philly! mets are over .500!

    If Leiter comes back strong, you got at least 3 solid starters (Glavine and Trachsel). Who do you think fills out the remaining 2 slots by the end of the season? Look for the Mets to make a trade if they are within 5 games of the lead by July 31. They will go after a starting pitcher.

    Regarding the terrorists attacks, let's all pray to God that Bush gets re-elected. Otherwise you can kiss this country goodbye.

    An attack near the election could have the opposite effect than what they want. If terrorists show that they can make another attack in the US, then who would you rather have in office? An anti-war protester or someone who has proven that he will fight back? The peaceniks like to cry that we are in no danger, but another attack would prove them wrong.
