Or Fish Tacos to all you gringos.

What kind of fish have you used?
How did you make the cabbage slaw?
Corn Tacos a must? (not a fan of Corn tacos)

What other things do you serve with them?

Any good drinks to make with them?

Planning a birthday dinner while we are in Flordia...I've been looking around for recipes for the cabbage slaw and they all look bland and blah.

    Thanks for the help!

I like any light fish, preferably grilled or maybe lightly fried. Some lemon and garlic marinade makes it better too.

I like very plain cabbage - just tossed with vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Definitely corn tortillas for me. I don't mind flour tortillas, but opt for corn if it's an option.

Try topping it with pico de gallo, with some fresh guacamole on the side. You need these extras, because fish tacos aren't so filling.

Its obvious, but Corona and lime ! I like grilled tilapia. Marinate in beer and then season with Tony's , NuNu's or your favorite seasoning blend. Okay, now I'm hungry.

Unlike a beef taco, I don't dress a fish taco with anything except pico de gallo or tartar sauce, but never both. I do squeeze a lemon slice on the fish. The Mexicans eat it with mayo in Baja, but I'll take tartar sauce, thank you. Flour tortilla for me.
