So what is one everyone's menu for tomorrow?? I am enviously aware of Score's crawfish plans. :hihi:

My Dad started a tradition of cooking a big pot of chili on Super Bowl Sunday, so I'll be carrying that on for him tomorrow. With some fresh chopped onion and cheese on top.

I'll also make an equally large pot of queso and tortilla chips and Fritos (or virtually anything else to dunk in cheese.)

Since the chili simmers for about 4 hours, I figure we'll have some shrimp boudin to hold us over.

Lastly, a six pack of quality beer (Turbo Dog), a six pack of good football beer (Iron City), and a 12 pack of water beer (Miller Lite) should get me through the day just fine. It'll also help the impending gastrointestinal issues associated with gorging on a combined 4 pounds of beef and cheese.

So what's on your menu? Any traditions, or just cook what you like?

Something will be cooked over an open fire. Final plans haven't been made yet (depends on if the Bull Reds are kind to us tonight/tomorrow morning). There is also about a 135% chance of something containing alcohol will be consumed out of 12 oz. glass bottles.

Going over to my neighbor's widescreen for this one. They're doing grilled Kabobs--beef, lamb, chicken, or shrimp. With pilaf and hommus.

I'm just bringing beer. Life is sweet.
