Did any students receive the word that they won a ticket in the lottery? Are they supposed to email you or they will just go ahead and charge your CC?
I heard that they will be sending out e-mails later today or early tonight saying whether you win or lose.

Honestly, A friend of mine just called the ticket office and they that they will send out an email tongiht at the earliest. Tomorrow at the earliest. What is taking them so freaking long!
