I have heard that the BCS SOS is made up of opponents wins and losses and opponents' opponents' wins and losses. An opponent is not counted twice just because you play them twice, just like an opponents' opponent is not counted twice if two of your opponents play the same team. Therefore, if UGA or FLA play LSU in the SECCG, LSUs SOS will not change, unless their opponents' opponents have games as well. Is this true?
