I was at the game last night, so I don't know know official explanation of why Ole Piss wasn't penalized for illegal substitution on the FG before the half. Also, why did they put time back on the clock and why wasn't the clock started immediately after the chains were set? I know it doesn't matter at this point, but I was really pi$$ed about it at the time and want to know what the ruling was. Also, I still don't know why Randall didn't get more playing time. I would've thought he would've been out there more on Senior night. Anyone know?
as far as randall goes... Saban said earlier this week that Randall has small hands...and he struggles with a wet ball. he said that was a big reason he struggled so much against OSU. i dont know if thats why he didnt play much or not though??
The FG thing was bullsh*t. You stop the clock for a first down, yes. But you don't just tell the opposing team to get their FG unit out there and that they'll wait to start the clock when they are set. That's exactly how it appeared to me.
