With all of the controversy going on about steroids in pro sports, why have college sports not gotten any attention? Is it legal for them to take steroids? I'm sure if they started testing, lots of guys would get caught.

I'm sure it's a lor harder for college athletes to get steriods than pro athletes. College athletes don't have the money or the resources to obtain them. They also don't have a contract to protect in college sports. If you don't perform in pro sports they cut you and you're done. In college you get benched, and you can still work your way out of it.

    Hope he gets cleaned up...

That stuff really does work for a few years, but it really ruins the prime years of your life.

schools have been testing in house for a long time. the procedures might have changed since i was there, but lsu would randomly tell a player they'd be tested the next morning--at 6 am no less. some one from the athletic department watches them fill the cup, yes really. some of them forget not to piss first thing in the morning so they end up waiting for a while til they can.

    the ncaa tests less frequently

stanzonol=winny. The only thing its good for sports wise is it makes you faster. It doesn't add strength or stamni(sp?). Why Palmerio took the **** i dunno because it will dry out your joints and that isn't something you want when your older like him. As far as Shawn Jordan goes the gear wasn't for shawn. It wasn't on him, it just happened to be in the vehicle he was with a friend in. The border agents took one look at shawn and automatically assumed it was his. SHawn didn't know the roids were there or his friend was trying to bring them back. He deserved to be reinstated.

Mr. X college athletes are tested and tested frequently. Steroids are still prevalent. As fas college athletes not having the connections or resources, Please your crazy if you think they don't. Steroids are not hard to find around college campuses and many students are all willing to help the football team any way they can.
