Yes, it is. Rape is not sex. It's sexual assault. It's a crime of power, control, and humiliation, not a crime of passion or emotion. That you can say it's a shame he didn't ejaculate when you know that he shoved pine needles and dirt in her vagina, is quite sick, yes.

I said if he (or anyone, really) is going to go to court, jail, etc. for rape they are stupid if they don't get what every man that mounts a woman seeks.
