On Monday I ordered the SI package with the LSU stuff as a free gift. Today I check their customer service and it listed the three items and for each it said "Temporarily out of stock". Does anyone know if I will automatically be sent it when it becomes in stock?

If not, I'm going to be very pissed because that is the only real reason I signed up for SI in the first place.

Just got off the phone with customer service, they said they are waiting for another shipment, and it should be shipped as soon as it comes in.

I got that too. I placed my order on Monday, so I think that is just a reflection of their current inventory. My guess is that they didn't have any inventory to begin with and all of it is back-ordered.

I told SI that they shouldn't even do a NC issue since they don't really cover college football anymore. They used to devote many pages every week during the season but now it's mostly about pro sports with a couple of collge thrown in. My 2 cents worth.

That's exactly why I cancelled my subscription several years ago. We are really in need of a national weekly publication that covers college sports.
