Spending spree???

Are there any other Tiger fans, besides myself, that feel as though they're going to drive themselves broke with all the purchasing of National Champion memorabilia???

Everything I see that contain "LSU" and "National Champions", I buy!!!

I'm gonna have to create a room JUST for the National title stuff... AAAaahhhhhhhh...What a WONDERFUL problem to have, huh?!

That's funny. i guess not being married makes it easier for a guy like me as I don't have anyone getting mad at me for buying so much 2003 NC stuff. I just received my new puppy's(Nick by the way) new LSU collar and leash and a friend is adding 2003 NC to to the leash!!!

And just think, if we keep wining these championships how bad it will be around the house!!!

 

And I thought I was bad. Save some money for the next one. It won't be another 45 yrs. wait.

My ole lady just put the brakes on my spending spree after I got the Waterford crystal LSU football. $ 179 at Lee Micheals jewlers. But she still doesn't know about my Rodrigue ( guy who paints the Blue Dog pictures, if you live in LA. you know who he is )print I bought. That thing nailed me for over $500. She's gonna sh*t when that comes in. I have now officially comendeered the den as my own shrine to the Tigers. She's threatening to banish me and my gear to back porch. NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!:cuss:

do you have a copy or link of the Rodrigue work? Is the Blue Dog in it?

 

Sorry,I don't have a link for the Rodrigue and no the picture I bought doesn't have the blue dog. I saw it in the Times Picayune and called to order. Its a picture of Mike sitting in a cypress tree in the swamp. I thought it was cool and it is a numbered print so I though it could be worth something some day. I think they made 5,000 so you probably have a good shot at one.

 

You can buy it at the TAF website I believe. All of the money raised from the sale will be going to Mike's new habitat.

 

Yeah, go to http://www.mikethetiger.com . They say that when all the prints are sold, construction on Mike's new cage can begin! Great thing for LSU.

 

at a $500 minimum "donation" for the print at 500 prints (2.5 million), hell yeah Mike's cage will be built. Wonder how many they have sold so far. Too bad Mike is not eating the Blue Dog in the print, that would be classic....
