I just heard on Fox that the Saints' players almost unanimously DON'T want to play any games at Tiger Stadium. They want to play in San Antonio since they are living there. They don't want the inconvenience of having to go to Baton Rouge to play. Nice smack in the face to the people of Louisiana that would love to see their only pro football team play in their flagship university in the capital city of Louisiana. You'd think they'd be open to playing at least one or two games there.
I for one don't want there sorry a$$es to stink up Tiger Stadium either. Let em play in Texas and let Tiger Stadium be for a team with a passion to win. Say Neaux To The $aint$
Ordinarily, I'd agree. I've been one of the "go ahead and leave Louisiana" people for a while. But, I think this goes beyond football and is about showing support. They could use the extra seating to allow people that ordinarily couldn't get in the games to see them play.
There has been extra seating in the Dome for years, anyone that wanted tickets could usually get them real cheap. I think if they did play in Tiger Stadium very few people would go to see even if the tickets were free, they could see better football just about anywhere on friday nights.
I think its time to let the Saints go......I don't want there sorry butts in Tiger Stadium either........
I do, bring on the saints. Support your team....yeah the saints have sucked for a pretty long time, but look at the dallas mavs....they sucked forever and now they are in title contention every year.
It's "their". It's "their". I'm still a Saints fan. Not as much as I used to be, but I'm about to go watch the game, and I'd intended on going to the Miami game this year to see Saints vs Saban. I think it would be cool to have them play some in Tiger Stadium. I think it would be even cooler if they got a good QB, and if Henderson scored a TD in every game this year.
