PALM SPRINGS, Calif. -- LSU first baseman Erika Sluss hit a game-tying two-run home run in the top of the seventh inning before the No. 6-ranked Tigers finished off No. 23 Cal State-Fullerton with a run in the eighth inning, 3-2, on day 2 of the Palm Springs Classic.
