behind florida #1 nat'l, georgia #6 nat'l, bama #8 nat'l, and auburn #12 nat'l... this is all per espn.com so who knows how accurate... lsu sits at #13 nationally... I hope this isnt a sign of things to come... :geauxtige
Rival's has the rankings like this... 1. Florida 4. Georgia 5. LSU 10. Auburn 11. Alabama 14. Ole Miss 23. Tennessee 24. South Carolina I don't put much stock into the team rankings, I look more for us to fill our needs and find players that fit out system. But for whats its worth thats how they stand according to Rivals.
yeah, exactly, anyways congrats on either being one spot ahead or one spot behind us... good day for lsu and auburn
It's all a matter of opinion. I dont know much about recruiting or who signed who soo I'm not going to get into it. But, no one knows how good these guys are even gunna be. They shouldnt judge recruiting classes until they play some college games and then you'll see just how good a class it was.
We know how good they are. We have a good idea of how good they can be. Judging recruits by how they perform once their on the team is just a matter of evaluating the team. Judging recruiting classes is a very interesting art & entertaining to follow. It's not a science, but it does give you a good idea of how much talent a school has for the future.
Mack Brown brought in a couple of top rated classes a few years ago and he never won anything......wait a minute, nevermind.:hihi:
#13 per espn which doesn't know what the hell they are doing. Rivals and Scout are more accurate! ESPN trying to cover recruitingwhen this is what rivals does full time! ESPNU signing day show was terrible!
Well I don't know how Florida would still be #1 after the number of players they had committed that decided to go elsewhere.
Yeah you ain't lying about that, now that M. Brown won a NC nobody can use him as an excuse of how highly rated recruting classes don't amount to much.
