LSu places two. Andrew Whitworth and Kyle Williams. I think Brousard would have had a shot if he was playing this season. No excuse for Laron Landry's absence from this list.

    Great picture of Whitworth.

SI is just spreading around some more hype.

There are plenty of other players who could have easily been featured.

Chris Leak is not a phenom as billed. And not a single Receiver in the group.

    Laron Landry is THE MAN...

I really think he can be a SPECIAL safety at the next level...

I have read that freshman Portis has done extremely, extremely well and fits more into Meyers moveable system then Leak.

I think Leak of course plays most if not all of the time but with 1-2 losses....I wouldn't be shocked if Portis got some pt

With Ingram and Dickey, I'd be pretty suprised if he didn't get a redshirt.

Decent list. I'm 50/50 on whether or not Ainge should be on there, and I'd move Leak lower. But decent other than that.

I don't think Ainge should be on there.. yet. What he did last year was impressive, but I don't think he's proved to be one of the top 10 players in the SEC.

It's hard to say whether Leak is overrated or not. I think he gets a lot of hype, but he gets some pretty good numbers - my main beef with him is that he seems to crumble under pressure, perhaps a side effect of being coached by Zook.
