Ok, so this is one of those annoying photo spreads that take too long to review. But they have us vrs UF as the #1 game. VATech is #4 and bama is somewhere in the teens. While it is further validation of our stature this year, some of the other games selected decrease the prestige of dominating this list.

Plus all this preseason praise is making me nervous.

LSU games are kind of dominating the top 20 list. They should have gone ahead and added LSU/MSU to the list, don't you think?

Nah, everyone has already seen MSU lose by 30 multiple times. Kinda anti-climactic now.

is it just me or does Saban's head look enormous in the picture of him for the LSU v. Bama slide?

Yeah but you could also say that USC's top 4 games are just the top 4 teams on their schedule with the highest chances of beating them. With the way USC has played in the OOC, they could end up pounding some of them. LSU's top games are more evenly matched and should be closer played. Everyone has been downplaying the LSU-Auburn game as well. That should be on there considering the implications in the SEC West.

Agreed....LSU/Auburn is a bigger game between two elite programs. The USC games are typical media hype.

Maybe I'm losing it, but I count 3 USC games (UCLA, Nebraska, Cal). Which am I missing?

To help with feeling nervous about all the good national press you can read a good article in today's Advocate about our defense and how Coach Pelini feels where we are compared to his past first years. Hey man, enjoy it, don't be nervous, it's gonna be a great year. :thumb:
