Thats not what i heard . I heard Keyshawn is talking about returning to USC for a bigger contract than the Raiders are now submitting. USC has thrown in a house for his parents and have hired a substitute father to pay for his apt. and any other player he wishes to live with him. His salary will match the highest paid NFL receiver so therefore will be less than the current USC receivers make. When the media asked why Keyshawn would not be compensated as much as the current receivers he said the Reggie Bush Defense lawyers have strapped them for cash right now.
