Every year I see the SI commercial with the national championship package and think to myself "wow wouldnt that be great. Id order SI if we won the national championship." Well folks I wait even longer... today on ESPN at 9:45am, the USC SI championship package was offered. I am fuming pissed. F%CK SI, I swear my a$$ is so chapped right now. Not even SI can take our crystal away. I wont buy another magazine.
If you look on CNNSI.com, they are offering both packages. All I know is I'd better see the LSU package advertised very soon, or I'm going to be really pissed.

They have the LSU AND USC packages... but I have only seen the USC package advertised on TV so far. I think that is rediculous. I remember there being spots for both Michigan and Nebraska a few years ago (I think those are the teams that split). I'd better see the LSU spot soon.
I contacted them... This is my email. I am a huge LSU fan and for the last 2 days I've been watching sports stations here in town trying to soak in the glory of winning the National Championship. Well, I wake up today and turn on one of the sports stations and what do I see? The USC National Championship package. In understand that "we" (Meaning LSU) have to share a small part of our title with USC, but I think LSU's package should have come out first as they are the only team to receive a trophy on the day of their bowl that said "National Champions" on it. I can only wish that I would have kept my subscription a little longer in order to cancel it for this reason, but unfortunately I cancelled too early. I will never again subscribe to your magazine again. This media bias towards USC and against LSU is ridiculous. The AP trophy is comparable to a certificate for a free buffet at Shoney’s.
In their defense, they've had more time to put together the ad for USC, since it was a foregone conclusion after the Rose Bowl that they'd remain #1 in the AP. I'd give them another couple of days to put together the LSU one.
