Arkansas football coach Houston Nutt may not ever welcome an NCAA rule change more than the one coming on Aug. 1. From that date forward, college football coaches cannot text message recruits. Nutt will gladly put that cellular phone away as he is still dealing with the noise of a text message controversy that involved Nutt and a female Fort Smith, Ark., television anchor.
