LSU decided to rob Peter to pay for Paul and to delay Peter to speed up Paul at its monthly Board of Supervisors meeting Thursday afternoon. Peter is the Pete Maravich Assembly Center, which has been due for two new practice courts for the men's and women's basketball teams and a new locker room for the men. Paul represents the planned, new Alex Box Stadium, in which Paul Mainieri hopes to coach the baseball team beginning in 2009, and the planned, new Tiger Park softball stadium, which is also expected to open before the 2009 season.
