I agree with giving someone a second chance--pending that they didn't kill anyone the first time. But, without putting any further undo pressure, or singling him out from how the rest of the team is treated, it's fair to assume that once a player does something to break the rules, they're watched a little more closely.... But I hope he's learned from his mistake and he's ready to put it behind him and contribute.
