Does anyone know what the latest situation is on the purported shift on our schedule from Houston to Syracuse?

I've heard Houston wants out but this is the first time I have heard Syracuse mentioned as a replacement. Where did you hear that was a possibility?

I heard rumors about Syracuse awhile back when the Oregon St. game was being set up....but nothing recently. I hope this does happen and someone like a Syracuse or Washington St. replaces Houston.

That would indeed be great. The atmosphere for Oregon St and either a Syracuse or Wash St game will be wild. It's good to see big name schools that you don't normally play come in and give fans a fresh victim to sacrifice.

Syracuse fans are saying LSU will be an easier game than Miami. Let's find out.

    Easier than Miami??? What-eva'.

Look, I've seen Syracuse first-hand (vs BC), and let me tell you, if the 'Cuse believes we're "easier than Miami", they had better drink a whole lot of orange juice, get their vitamins, because I think they're not feeling well.

The Orangemen have down-right SUCKED the last 2 seasons.

Uh....I'm totally confused now. I haven't been able to keep up with what's going on because of traveling so someone please fill me in. I checked our schedule from this site :

    http://www.nationalchamps.net/NCAA/future_schedules/future_schedules_home.htm

and it has us playing Houston in the opener. Is this true? What happened to Oregon State. Please someone set my butt straight.

    thanks

Ok....nevermind, I think I got it. Oregon State is still the opener with Houston scheduled for the 11th, but Houston wants out....right?
