I don't know why you singled me out of the crowd of ppl that thought you were killing the buzz, maybe it's because I am so freaking flamboyant and amazing :thumb:...but your apologies are accepted, and I do hope you join the board.

I am not going to kiss your @$$ though...although by your attitude I am sure is meticulously cleaned and polished.:)

To find a proper analog for Alabama I think we need to expand beyond the current Middle East to countries that occupied territory in the middle east.

Alabama: Mongolia. According to historical texts, they enjoyed a period of great success under a famous leader and the first few of his successors. For a time, they dominated the middle east, crushing all of its traditional powers. But in the end, this could not be sustained for long without that leader and they descended into relative obscurity. For all intents and purposes, they now have absolutely no roll in the middle east whatsoever and they are nothing more than a historical footnote. Meanwhile their rival to the southeast is beginning to prosper and have an influence and their supporters are migrating to that rival for greater opportunities of seeing success. All they have going for them is a sort of a tourism industry based on the curiousity of tourists about a formerly successful individual who is now, for all intents and purposes, dead and buried.
