A lot of fans from other schools say that the SEC isn't dominate because because we lack a "one-team-dominate-conference". But with Tennessee's whipping of Miami, we're showing that the "mess" that is the SEC East standings is because there are SO many good teams in the SEC that it will be almost impossible for a team to go undefeated. Just look at how close BOTH divisions are from having tie-breakers to determine an SEC title game. ALthough the West is pretty cut and dry with us and Ole Piss controlling their destiny, we were very close to being in the same situation that the East is in had it not been for Ole Miss' lucky endings for a few of their games. :geaux: ...BEAT 'BAMA!
That's what I was pointing out the other week about Alabama playing Oklahoma the closest game this year. And what is their Record. Tennessee helps prove my point. They haven't looked like the strongest team in the East either. I still think Florida and Georgia are #1 and #2 in the East. Eventhough it might not turn out that way for the SECC.
