As much as we complain (guilty here) of not getting respect, I am happy to see six teams in the top 25, 3 in the top 10, and two in the top 3. That, combined with the pundits on ESPN giving both UF and LSU big props, and ranking them in their top 5's for next year, shows that maybe the SEC is finally getting respect. (Corso did not have UF is his top 5 for next year, but Herbie and Desmond Howard both had them and LSU)

Funny thing is, when asked about Boise St. and the talk of them sharing the Nat'l Championship, Urban Meyer said they should be #2, and USuCk #3. I couldn't believe my ears!:po: Even an SEC coach thinks USC should jump from #8 to #3? He hasn't been in the SEC long enough to get it, I guess.:dis:

Well they were talking to Bob Davies this morning and his rankings were even crazier.

    #1 Florida
    #2 USC
    #3 LSU
    #4 Boise
    #5 OSU

I kept waiting for them to start up on the +1 format and who possibly should have played. I know his answer would have been Florida and USC.

While many of us probably feel it would and should be Fl vs LSU in a perfect world. It still seems many feel USC was better.

I love we are number #3 and should possibly be #2 but gotta think without that ass whippin we put on ND and anything closer in score and we would have gotten jumped. This is just based on things being said and heard on TV and Radio.
