WOW the West 1,2,3 in bowl pecking order after all the pundits were calling the West the weakest side of the conference. There are many top notch programs in the SEC (this ain't the PAC 10 buddy ) and it's hard to predict which ones will rise up each year, makes for some interesting football. Could you imagine being in a conference where every team every year is playing for second place behind USC...BORING!!!!!

All of the new coaches in the SEC kind of put a cloud over reality.

And the media took full advantage of all these changes to sell their rags.

I picked Tennessee to lose 4 games this year all along in spite of being ranked #3 in the pre-season.

Florida simply didn't have the depth to be top 5 either, especially on defense.

I said all along that LSU had the most talent in the SEC, and Georgia had the most talent in the SEC East.

Just a few more games to go against the cellar dwellers to make the SEC CG game matchup official.

i have to say to me the suprise of the SEC thus far is Auburn... I thought they had lost too much offensive firepower, but Irons has stepped in and led them to a decent season...

I would say Auburn too. I thought they would have a winning season but they have done well. Chance for 9-2 and a good bowl.

Their QB is not flashy he just gets the job done.

I still think this was Bama year too excell. The probation will show more next year and the year after. But they can still go 7-4 or 8-3 the next few years.

Tennesee, Florida , South Carolina, Ga. will all be competitive and LSU,Auburn, Bama, Arkansas will all be. I think Ark will be improved next year.

Ole Miss is on its way back down i think. Should never have gotten rid of cutcliffe.

    Miss St has tough road.
