    Thats kinda cool actually...I'm guessing they melt at a certain temp. Never saw them before, but unique idea.

    They dissolve with VERY LITTLE moisture, in fact, you have to be careful your hands aren't wet when you handle them.



    I do cut a garlic clove and plug the hole with 'em.

    I know the guy that makes these. The product hasn't taken off like he hoped it would.

    I'm not sure the best route he needs to go marketing it but he has a great product here imo. I sure hope he doesn't go under, I'd be bummed.

    It's one of those things, the first time you see it, you say, "Dam, why didn't I think of that?"

    Seem like making slits in the meat would allow more juice to escape during the cooking process. I like using the injector.

    My grandmother didn't need no steenking injector :wink:

    Searing the meat helps to keep the juices inside, plus you should limit the number of slits. You don't want that pork roast to look like the victim of a serial killer.
