I was watching tv at like 4:45....and they were talking about it on FOX...I saw it here...Looking for people to talk about it....LOL! They said he grew out a long-ass gray beard, and was caught with others in a basement in Tikrit. They can't confirm whether he was injured during the raid, but they said that he WAS talking. Which means he does have some degree of health. They said that the information turnover rate was getting much, much better as of late, and their tracking of him had intensified over the past 24 hours before the raid, which happened 12 hours ago, our time...Which means it was late afternoon on Saturday. Congrats to the US military, and to hell with Molly Ivins and Maureen Dowd...
Come on, Bengal...Gimme a break...Much better to pump this guy full of that truth serum stuff (What's the name of it? Sulfide something-ruther)...He's a treasure trove of information, and the amount of dirt we can get on the rest of the Middle East now is AMAZING... We also have the way to make this man squirm in front of the WORLD the way he made his own people squirm underneath his boot. Hussein will now wilt under the harsh glare of the international community, and he will reap the whirlwind of hatred, violence, and death that he spawned while destroying his country and ruling via force... This guy could tell us VOLUMES of his dealings with the Saudi's, the Syrians, the Iranians (even though they hate his ass), and Al Qaeda. I mean...he could tell us more about how the French got lots of sweetheart deals to build bunkers and water treatment facilities that can treat water that's used to cool plutonium... He could tell us about WHERE THE DAMN WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION ARE! Hell man...The whole point of the Democrats debate on whether Bush lied hangs in the balance here... I hate to make this left/right, because I think there's too much of this currently going on now...But, if we find anthrax or Risin or VX or Sarin...If we in fact find the trail of the WOMD...The Democrats will have absolutely, positively no legs to stand on when it comes to a platform to attack the President... This is world, and national political, history, beginning to unfold, from this day forward...Watch it all unfold gentlemen...It's going to get interesting. This should just about guarantee that GW Bush gets re-elected. I had major hours in history along with psychologyand sociology to get my degree in General Studies. Its a good thing I learned how to do something else so I could actually make a living.
i majored in political science at lsu. that means i have no marketable skills, except i can more effectively be a jackass. and then, really not that good at that either. but this saddam thing has got me excited, i woke up my roommate to celebrate. man, i hope this leads to iraq calming down. i was so excited when i saw the news here. i dont see why saddam would talk. he is as good as dead right? surely he will be sentenced to die, and talking wont help him much. i always wonder how much we are willing to torture people, if any. what will howard dean whine about? i'm crossing my fingers that bin laden isnt far behind.
