If we would have treated Hallman the same way you want to treat Brady we would have never seen St. Nick. It is time for Brady to go!
Malone, your about to find out that presenting a dissenting logical argument will only bring petty, "drive-by" insults and bomb throwing from over-irritable posters. You might as well be a gator fan championing your victory over LSU last year, or a USuCk fan.
Fire the Coach? It's a VERY sensitive topic. I am not making any statement with regard to any of our current coaches at LSU. I am simply sharing a story from the relatively early days of LSU message boards. Here it is for your comment: Football season, 1997 and 1998. The internet was booming because computers and modems were finally fast enough to handle some cool graphics and message board programs. A guy with a hispanic last name started a LSU message board called geaux.com. I can't remember his name, but he had an awesome board. I still miss that board to this day! Some guy named SOS was really fired up because Dinardo and Tepper were allegedly underachieving with the level of talent that we had. Back then, the smart money would be on Auburn to win the SEC before LSU would. Little did we know. A guy calling himself "Bill D" was a good natured, knowledgable and big-time LSU fan. He and SOS really had a "personality conflict", because Bill D defended Dinardo vigorously. Bill D defended Dinardo through it all, and he took it personally when people would post critical things about Dinardo. Was Bill D right? Yes and no. He was right, because many folks believe that it's wrong to spew forth insulting posts like, "Fire Dinardo NOW!", because they think that such posts hurt LSU and are not constructive. They have a point! Such posts probably are NOT constructive and can't possibly help LSU. Was SOS right? Maybe. I don't know if those who posted the "Fire Dinardo NOW" message on geaux.com had anything to do with the coaching change in 1999. I doubt that they did, unless one of the posters was really Mark Emmert. SOS and other "darksiders" felt better after they posted their negative messages about Dinardo. The more reserved members of the board, like Bill D, saw such negative posts and unhelpful and immature, and such posts irked them. This tension between members like SOS and Bill D is not going away soon. I declare myself to be one of the deep thinkers of this board, and I submit that this tension is simply a natural and foreseeable consequence of the group dynamics of any great LSU message board. If we all keep this scientific observation of mine in mind as we journey through our lives on this message board, perhaps we can remove some of the emotion in some of our responses to each other. I'm not wearing any clothes as I type this.
The indefensible cannot be defended. Brady is worse for LSU basketball than the NCAA probation ever was. Brady has, in effect, extended the probation due to his complete incompetance in running the program.

Look, everyone! Dheadtiger's doing his impersonation of what John Brady's doing at the wheel of the LSU Basketball Program!
Yeah let's start the part of the thread where it goes completely out of control talkin about whether Dale Brown was good or bad for LSU basketball. And let's think about this folks....while we are at it....was Curley Q Hallman really all that bad?
