Saban tries to steal Tommy Moffitt

Dandy Don states, "It is my understanding that LSU strength and conditioning coach Tommy Moffitt has turned down an offer from Nick Saban." . Looks like the carpet-bagger is up to more shenanigans.

 

I expected Saban to go for Moffitt. But Moffitt turned Saban down for a spot with the Dolphins because he (Moffitt) and his family want to stay put and not bounce around. They like living in BR.

Kudos to Moffitt for beign a trustworthy, loyal and stand up guy....

 

Gayle Hatch came on to Ott's show yesterday and put that rumor to rest. Moffitt's wife is from New Orleans and he cannot be happier here in baton rouge according to Hatch.

Moffitt is the key behind our successful seasons. He's the reason LSU has had the stamina in the fourth quarter to succeed. Not having him (or another Hatch disciple) is the reason Alabama hasn't.

I was more worried about losing Moffitt than any other assistant coach.

 

Moffitt is def. THE man behind the scenes. Thanks for being loyal.

 

I guess not everyone is a whore to money and ego.

Go figure not everyone wants to go be involved at that dump they call Auburn North.

 

There is only so much cash that Bama boosters can throw around. They are already paying their HC and players big bucks!
