\ I wouldn't be surprised that if in the next few days we hear Saban saying "I will not be the next coach of the Dallas Cowboys"
Personally, I took as an indication to the end of Bama's days with Saban. Isn't this how he always starts talking just before he leaves. Just another one of his, "I am not going to be the coach of Bama", and then the next day is, speeches. Look out Bama he maybe leaving soon, be prepared. :hihi:
Michigan State, LSU, Miami Dolphins, Alabama, etc...don't mean much to Saban. People can attempt to convince themselves which team he preferred or where he was happiest but what matters to Saban is Saban. Erecting a statue of him now is WAAAYYYYY premature. Give it time Bama and see how it all works out. If he's smart (or his wife threatens him) he'll remain at the college level. If his ego and arrogance rule, then he'll be off to the NFL again trying to prove to himself he's the greatest. If this happens, I predict he'll fail miserably again. He left the Dolphins in horrible shape (even worse than Lane Kiffen) and wouldn't think twice about leaving Alabama if the right opportunity came along. Money may get him to think (mainly due to his greedy agent) but arrogance is what will ultimately determine his fate.
I wonder what reaction there would be if they erected a statue of Saban at LSU. *Some would kiss it. *Some would want to have sex with it. (including on few in TF :hihi *Some would use it as a bathroom. Eventually some frat boys would end up putting it in Mike's cage or the Mississippi River. Speaking of statues, etc. - has anyone seen the plans TAF has for upgarding the area between the PMAC and Tiger Stadium?
Luckily we get to play him every year, so we have the chance to shut his ass up. The question is will we.
you forgot one option.... those that would publicly go on and on about how they hated it but privately get a woody from it. :rolleye33:
