I think it should be pretty clear when you read both stories in todays Advocate that the case for some improvements is overwhelming. Saban, and who better, is looking into the future of this program and too many cheap skates are going to hold us back. I am really disappointed that we cannot move into the 21st century for football. I've read all the posts on here both pro and con, and for those of you who are against this progress I can only say that you are sacrificing the future of LSU football for the few dollars that we won't have to spend today. IMO, this is a make or break proposition for Saban staying here and finishing what's been started.
I saw in one of the stories that some fans were upset that the look of Tiger Stadium might change. I love that place like none other, but if we had that mind set many years ago the place would not be like it is today. We would still be playing in an open end stadium..........
Amen. Also if Chicago can keep the original outside of Soldier Field while redoing the inside surely we can make the outside of the West side of Tiger stadium look as good or better than it does today.
