    Lets Hope

Lets hope Emmert and Skip get Saban's deal done soon. I would hate for someone else to make a "once in a lifetime" offer.

I would love for Saban to retire here. We need him to stay for another 5 years or so to extablish the program.

    Re: Lets Hope

Listen, folks. Coach Saban can remain on the sidelines for LSU football forever.

After he retires here as our coach, I volunteer to wheel him out in his wheelchair when he is 90 years old. After he passes away peacefully, he can party in Heaven with the National Champion team from 1908. We can have his remains processed at the taxidermist. I volunteer to wheel him out to the sidelines for every game.

I see you guys found the article too!

Nick will truely be a legend by the time he leaves here.

Let's how Wil Muschamp and others learn as much as they can
    from Nick before he leaves.

I would love to be any kind of coach under Nick Saban!

If he starts a dynasty there will be a street named after him at a minimum. Perhaps rename North Stadium to Nick Saban Drive

If he really stayed here for his entire career, I think tiger stadium would be renamed for him...Kinda like Alabama and Bear Bryant.

Yah that sounds good BayouBengal, I don't want to rename Tiger Stadium, but we could sure as hell name the field. Lots of schools do this, Texas, OU, Florida to name a few.
