This article on espn mentions a deal in the works where Miami would play the Saints at Tiger Stadium this year in October:

The newspaper said the projected dates for Baton Rouge are Oct. 30 against Miami, Nov. 6 against Chicago and Dec. 18 against Carolina.

So, three games in Tiger Stadium, maybe:thumb:

    Not a bad idea!

If my Miami comes I would love to get tickets to that one. Two of my favorite NFL teams with Saban returning to Tiger Stadium. I haven't gone to a Saints game in forever but if I had to choose this would be the one.

If that happens I think Saban should resign and come back to LSU. I mean....how much clearer can it be? God obviously wants Nick back here...:thumb:

Good Lord, given the way the Saints and LSU have started the season, I can just imagine what'll happen on October 30th now...

The PA announces the Dolphins starters and concludes with, "and Head Coach of the Miami Dolphins, Nick Saban."

...And with that, the *entire* crowd rises as one, thunderous applause raining down on the field in waves...hell, The Wave itself breaks out and ripples around the stadium.

The Hank mascot comes out of nowhere and does the worm at midfield before things, some 5 minutes later, finally subside.

Over/under on the # of "We miss you, Coach"/"Bring Back Saban" signs at the game: 100.

    I'm going over.

You're probably right, but I seriously hope not, especially if LSU starts winning...

Saban ain't coming back, and people need to get over it. I don't think he'd ever come back to LSU. He's been there, done that. If he at some point retires from the NFL and wants to return to college it's not going to be at LSU. He'd want the challenge of fixing another program...

Look, he IS coming back. In a couple of months no less! :yelwink2:

I share your opinion on this.

What if he has the opportunity to "fix" the program at LSU.... again...?
