Where to start? First, NO ONE credible has said the news altered the results of the election. Trump wins whether the Russisans hacked the DNC or not. No one is talking about the emails because the election is over and they don't affect anything any more. What does affect us as a country is a foreign country that used a cybercrime to try to affect our election. That is a massive news story and a massive issue even though you guys don't seem to get that.

Secondly, this is not fake news. fake news is not reporting that you disagree with or reporting one thing over another. It is quite literally FAKE NEWS. It is news that did not happen. It is headlines that are pulled out of thin air. Here's an example.

This is a headline that I saw on Facebook a month or two ago and I'm sure one or two of you geniuses probably shared it too. This did not happen. Nothing close to it happened and nothing that you could reasonably interpret as this happened. It then embedded a 13 minute video of comey's testimony before congress where this did not happen and posted a story that started with....

To be clear, none of this happened. This is fake and totally made up. That is fake news.

 

yeah, a foreign government tried to influence our election. We shouldn't be concerned at all.

 

They did the job that OUR media should have done instead of being in the DNC's pocket. I'm not concerned I'm Fucking elated.

So we have never "influenced" foreign political power struggles, propped up brutal and corrupt dictators while helping to oust others? Grow up. If you don't think we try to influence things in the Kremlin as well as other foreign governments you are very naive.
