Run Defense.... -15 yards total

    Officially, it will say that ran the ball on us for 25 yards, but 40 of those yards were on that last play when the LSU D stopped playing, which should be criticized, but they are not really important. Without those 40 yards, we hold their total offensive output to less than 100 for the night.

    Ever thought that it was just a good run by Vandy and not that we just stopped playing?

    Just asking....not trying to instigate something...

    Coming into the game tonight, our D was ranked 3rd in defending the run. I'd say that's our strength, although the pass D is looking better as well. We can't judge the entire just on Keller's numbers against us. Claussen passed for under 200 against us -- it was just the types of passes he was completing. Other than the TD we gave up to MSU, the pass D looks pretty shored up. Big test next week against Leak and UF -- they don't seem to be invincible though.
