They can offer…I don’t see him taking it. Unless there is A LOT of money in it…..leaving Bama for Texas doesn’t seem a step up in my opinion.
Ha! First thing I thought. However, we said this EXACT SAME THING about Shula after the '06 season when Saban-to-bama rumors first surfaced. :hihi:
I think these rumors have been around for a couple of months. Another related "rumor" was that Aggie fans were starting the rumor for whatever reason. Texas does have deeper pockets than any other program so they can offer much more than anyone else.
Old news and the Tabacco road con-man (Brown) and Saban are not going anywhere. Also DD clearly stated its Message board rumors... So I think he realizes its just bunk anyway. I hope Saban never leaves Bama until he retires. Its considerably more entertaining having him at Bama and LSU vs Bama having so much hype all the time "There are also rumors circulating on bulletin boards that Nick Saban will be approached about the Texas job after the championship game, but at this point the rumors are nothing more than unconfirmed speculation"
