I miss Reagan. Libs wouldn't stand a chance at socializing this country if he were still around.

What you read below are my words and my opinion.

As soon as the Soviets invaded hollywood and infested the western states with mind bending drugs and communist propaganda during the 50's in an effort to turn Americans against their own country during the cold war, it did not take long for this message to spread fast among the young, the stupid and the lazy. This country was set back tremendously during the 60's and 70's because of this. (Aside from great music coming out of this country and Britain during that time period.)

Reagan was one of the first to stand against this movement and speak out.

The rest is history and the country turned for the worst. Reagan almost turned everything back to normal during his presidency, in this country and the civilized world. American Pride was back again. Then came the 90's.

    More to come.....

I feel your pain. What a great leader. He lead the media around by the nose. One of my favorite quotes comes from a debate with Walter Mondale. Meaning Reagan's age, the moderator asked him what did he think of some people making age an issue in the race. In true Reagan fashion he responded:

"I want you to know that also I will not make age an issue of this campaign. I am not going to exploit, for political purposes, my opponent's youth and inexperience." -during a 1984 presidential debate with Walter Mondale

He always could deliver (or ignore) right on cue !
