    They probably will be when pot is legal on the federal level.

    Right, because unless the banking laws have recently changed, I don't think pot shops can accept payment with a credit card. I believe it's a cash only transaction because technically, since weed is still considered illegal at the federal level, banks could be charged with aiding and abetting a criminal enterprise by doing business with marijuana dispensaries, which is absurd. So, these business have to do everything, including paying their bills, in cash.

    The hypocrisy of it all is that, you can bet your ass the government is getting their cut in tax revenue. So the banks can't do business with them, but the government can.
