Reasonably, you guys think it's a possibility?

I'll be dancing in the streets if we post another 11-2. Geaux Tigers!

It's definitely a possibility but not an expectation. Too many things can happen and too much football to be played against too many good teams. If Flynn does what I believe he'll do, and we don't get into trouble with the injury bug, who knows........One game at a time though.

Now, 11-2........is more of a likelihood I don't see us losing more than two but it surely could happen- same reasons as above, no big secret about what we need to do and also how our new starters fill needs.

To even be able to think it's a remote posibility is great though. As I know many others here know to, I remember being excited about LSU football without beginning to imagine only two loses.

LET'S PLAY BALL...........oh wait, wrong sport.

Exactly the same sentiments. The key words are: one game at a time, and good things will happen. It is always possible that any good team can get undefeated, and not infrequently with some sports luck. Sometimes good things come when we least expected it.Nobody expected the 2003 team to go to the NC game, not even till the SEC championship game. Maybe we shouldn't expect that now.....:D

Who was the preseason favorite for the national champion in '03?

Except 11-2 would leave us feeling like we did this year, like we should have done better and the NC was reachable.

Of course it does depend on how those 2 games might be lost.

Auburn was also a huge NC favorite/media darling before the 03-04 season started, but I think they started the year with 1 or 2 losses that tanked their chances early on.
