the liberal media was saying a skateboard is not a deadly weapon. i grew up buildign and riding skateboards, and still own one now i bought/built a few years ago for nostalgia. i could beat your brain to mush with it. its a solid wood plank with a big metal trucks on it that would bash a hole in a skull easily.
I don't think you've seen much of the trial. Grosskreutz's hands were up in the air, without the pistol, when Rittenhouse shot him. Rittenhouse didn't know anything, whatsoever, about the backgrounds of the two people he killed, and his defense that he shot somebody who was trying to molest at the scene is pure ad hoc baloney.
Here's the deal: black people are keenly aware that white people such as Dylan Roof are in love with AR-15's and want to kill with it. It's a damn good thing Dylan Roof couldn't get one or the church massacre in Charleston would have been that much worse. If a black person showed up at a trump rally, or a motorcycle rally, or a white march carrying an AR-15 you'd be applauding the white guy using the skateboard to defend his fellow white people. Huber used the skateboard only after he had seen Rittenhouse shoot Rosenbaum, and Grosskreutz only pursued Rittenhouse after he had seen Rittenhouse shoot Rosenbaum. It was HUBER AND GROSSKREUTZ who were in protection mode, not Rittenhouse.
