He appeared to just about lose it and start crying in his press conference

He didn't know what to say

During that 4th quarter, you could see the look on Rodriguez, he looked like a conductor of a runaway train about to run into a mountain

Really felt for him, especially after how we felt following the Arkansas game

I did too. I've always been a fan of his.

Playing for a BCSCG spot and losing it to a 28 point dog hurts big time as he showed in his PC.

When the game means everything like it did, its crazy how you forget how to play the game all of a sudden.

I mean the great Slaton with 11 yards on 9 carries. Shouldn't he have pulled them through? Apparently not. They didn't prepare very well for an injury to Pat White. And they took too long to put him back in the game.

You think the W Va fans are being as "understanding" as those on this thread ?

Kinda puts things in perspective. I think Rodriguez is an excellent coach and that he lost to Pitt is unfathomable to me. I imagine W Virginia fans are very upset about this inexcusable loss... Maybe there is something to this Miles guy.

Looking at it from the other side, how do you think Pitt would have felt if they lost the game after those incredible calls for holding and the no call for defensive holding. Flags coming in way late and jersey being stretched. I just found it sickening the steps that were taken late in the game to give WVa a chance to come back.

    Indeed, some crappy calls.
