That map is meaningless. The red areas are wide-open spaces. Are you trying to prove that prairie dogs are for Bush? Like I said, we have to accept on faith that more people voted for Bush... there is no way to verify the outcome. What I grasp is that Bush will serve another term. I am not required by law to profess happiness about that.... yet.
It doesn't bother me a bit that you are unhappy about the election. But if any shenanigans were going on, it was among the blue areas. Good republicans like myself do not sell their votes for a half pint of muscatel. But, please do keep on responding. You cannot imagine the joy I get at listening to all you Bush haters whine and moan.       :911: :usaflagwa :911: :usaflagwa :911: :usaflagwa :911: :usaflagwa :911: :usaflagwa        :usaflagwa  :usaflagwa  :usaflagwa  :911: :911: :911: :911:    :911: :911: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :usaflagwa  :911: :usaflagwa :911:
There are a lot more people in those "wide-open spaces" put together than there are in the large urban areas. Remember, cities in those "wide-open spaces" include larger population centers like Dallas, Houston and St. Louis. Along w/ lesser urban areas, i.e., the Kansas City's and Baton Rouge's, their vote is easily more than enough to counteract the vote of the major urban areas like New York, L.A., and San Francisco. That's the yelp of a whipped cur. Did we also have to accept it on faith when Bill Clinton was elected? Anyway, the idea of accepting anything on faith is a rather strange notion coming from a self-professed atheist. That's the problem w/ die-hard leftists like yourself, Rex. You're so arrogant in thinking that yours is the only way, you think that there's absolutely no way that the people could reject your way of thinking. But guess what? Unless you swallow your hubris and step back and re-evaluate that way of thinking...you're going to lose by an even larger margin in 2008.
His opinion is what entitles him...that's what. And it's an opinion with which I wholeheartedly concur.
cmon, you could take the name off and you could still tell who it is. the ostentatious writing style, the preachyness, taking way too many words to say something simple, the constant use of ellipses.....
lsu99 doesn't know what he is: http://www.tigerforums.com/showthread.php?t=20273 There is also some guy that goes by LSUGradin99 and he doesn't quite seem to know what he is either. Ok, I am kidding, sorta. I'd hardly classify myself as "left-wing" though. In presidential elections I have been of age to vote for I have voted Dole, Gore, Kerry. I tend to vote more republican than democrat in general though. I was proud to help elect Vitter as Louisiana's first republican senator for instance. Rest assured though I will likely never vote for someone with the last name of Clinton! :thumb:
I entitle myself. Here in the US we have a right to think a certain way about someone or some subject, be it right or wrong.
You are 100% right. Don’t make the mistake of telling any of these people that you are a democrat or that the war in Iraq was a mistake b/c everyone and their grandma knows that Ben Laden was responsible for 911, not Saddam. Some of these people might call you a name if you mention that 911 occurred under Bush and not Clinton. You might not want to mention how no one even thought about taking down the WTC under Clinton. Don't say anything about how Ben Laden is still running around plotting more destruction and trying to figure out how to bankrupt America. Don't mention how Bush is responsible for killing 100,000 Iraqi civilians so he can get his friends a few oil contracts. Don't mention how Bush is responsible for sending our troops to die in Iraq b/c Saddam said that he wanted to kill Bush senior 15 years ago and that we still haven't found 1 WMD. Don't even bring up how we let insurgents slip in three weeks ago and steal 300lbs of TNT. Don't mention how Bush lost his first election and Jeff Bush fixed the Florida vote. Don't mention how Bush is trying to force a Christian religion down everyone’s mouth. Don't say anything like that or these people will find out where you live and burn a cross in your front yard. Notice moderators how I didn't specifically use anyone’s name. If you don't fit this description then just ignore this statement. If you respond w/name calling then it probably fits you to the T.
Hmmm...amazing. Those terrorists planned that whole 9/11 operation in the scant 7 1/2 months that George Bush was in the White House. Fast workers, that bunch. Oh, and I guess they weren't really trying to take the WTC down when they attacked it in 1993, right? Abraham Lincoln once said: "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak up and remove all doubt." Just giving you a little food for thought.
