In the spirit of Democracy, I propose we do like suggested by our leaders and embrace the fundementals that make this country one nation under God. :usaflagwa :usaflagwa :usaflagwa :usaflagwa

To show our good sportsmanship, my proposal is simply entitled, " take a liberal to lunch". :thumb:

I also propose we buy them bologna, they seem to like it alot! :hihi:

Maybe he was referring to the entire continent as a huge island and he was talking about reaching across the isle from Batesville to Seattle.

but what fun would that be? the liberals might think us neks/ rightwing fanatics are really edumacted then...... wouldn't want that to happen.

BTW fundamentals is not a complete sentence and gonna is not a word.

if you are gonna represent non-liberals, please don't sound like a neck in your jammers.

you're really grasping but I expected as much.

I actually changed going to 'gonna' since its slang and figured you'd have something to work on besides fuel injectors.

you shouldn't be correcting sentences when you cannot spell trivial words.

i avoid capitalizations as well....its on purpose before you get your WD-40 cans or 3-in-1 oil in an uproar.

    Thanks, but no thanks

This country boy has made many a fine meal with a bologna sandwich; poor man's steak. But don't slander such cuisine with your self-righteous offer to unify. I reject your "my way or nothing" tone. That is not unity and will not lead to it. I'll buy my own lunch.
Unity will begin to occur when we realize this country is in deep trouble domestically. The problems won't be fixed by trying to dictate and legislate morality. We must, as a people, come together to work on helping the middle class survive. The rich and the poor are propped up by the government while anyone working to survive is asked to continually sacrifice more and more.
And try to grow out of you concept that anyone that doesn't think and vote like you is 'liberal'. That tag is worn out. There were way too many reasons not to vote 'conservative'. I'm as independant politically as one can be. I am tired of the notion that only a Republican is moral, patriotic, or even a Tiger fan.
Let us really make an attempt to come together and make this country stronger. Lose the snideness.

Nothing wrong with your opinion, but it is the roughly 15% of America that is made up of true liberals that is causing division in America. The Kerry/Edwards ticket was what it was, a liberal ticket. The facts, including the voting records of the two, back that up. Whether you fell for the smoke screen the Democrats put up attempting to disguise what their candidates really were or you voted for Kerry simply because it was a vote against Bush is irrelevant. A vote for Kerry/Edwards was a vote for a liberal ticket. I'm not questioning your morals, patriotism, or status as a Tiger Fan, but I do question your ability to see Kerry/Edwards for what they really are.
